The Austrian Freedom Party (FPO) politician Gerhard Kurzmann and the Swiss advertising specialist Alexander Segert appear in court today in Graz, Austria, charged with incitement for their role in creating the Moschee BaBa (Bye Bye Mosque) Flash game. They face up to two years in prison if convicted. The prosecutor is also asking for fines to be imposed on the Freedom Party and Segert's advertising company.

Kurzmann previously describe Bye Bye Mosque as a "harmless game" and denied that it was a "shooting game". He insisted it was a "wholly democratic means of interesting young people and appealing to young voters".
