"Over 200 crimes are reported to the Police in Oslo every day. The areas around Greenland and Toyen (Muslim districts) account for 40 per cent of the crime.
'- I'm in war against crime every day,' says Kåre Blomstølen, chief of police district Greenland.
A small area around the Aker River has about as many armed robberies as the rest of Norway, the newspaper said.
The capital also has about half of the country's assault rapes."
