The court in The Hague, has forbidden the extradition of Pakistani-Dutch terror suspect Sabir K. to the United States. The court considers there is too much uncertainty about possible involvement of Americans in the torture of K. in Pakistan.

K., who is suspected of terrorist activities against American troops in Afghanistan, was tortured when he was caught in Pakistan. In 2011, Pakistan had sent him back to the Netherlands. The U.S. request for extradition followed.

Torture

Minister of Justice, Opstelten, allowed the extradition, but K. appealed it. He states, among other things, that the U.S. was involved in the torture by the Pakistani secret service. The court says now that there are indeed questions about the role of the Americans.

In May 2013, the court requested the Dutch government to do further research in that matter, but the state did not find it necessary. Therefore, the court now notes
that an extradition of K. would be illegal; "As the state, now, has not fulfilled its obligation to investigate".

Posttraumatic stress disorder

The court, in The Hague, had banned the extradition of K. before, but on other grounds. The court found then that there were not enough guarantees for the proper treatment of post traumatic stress disorder of K. in the U.S. After the court ruling in April, K. has been set free. He must still report daily to a police station. His lawyer is now asking for a waiver of that condition.

The Ministry of Security and Justice can still go to the Supreme Court to appeal against the judgment. In response a spokesman said the Ministry is studying the ruling first.

Muslim Bosnian Accused of Lying About War Crimes

He raped a Serb woman and aided in the killing of the two elderly people she was caring for and the burning of the house they were staying in.

Sakoc lied when he applied for refugee status and later for permanent residency and then citizenship in the United States by denying any past crimes of persecution.

Sakoc is a Bosnian Muslim.

The people Sakoc is accused of victimizing were Orthodox Christian Bosnian Serbs.

If we take into an account the Yugoslavian wars of the ’90, every one had accusations ‘from here right down to Tokyo’ toward the ‘bad Serbians’. They were this and they were that. Bad people ‘pur sang’. The Bosnian Muslims …like their ‘Palestinians buddies’ were victims. Muslims are always victims and all the others are bad vicious monsters. Our Western ‘Pravda’ main stream media had done it’s utmost best to conceal and bagatelle war crimes committed by Bosnian Muslims against the Serbian and Croat population. There is more resemblance between the Palestinians and Muslim Bosnians. Both had paid for the wish to mass kill others in the name of their god Mister Allah. The Palestinians Moefti of Jerusalem Hadj Amin al Husseini had used during WWII occupied Yugoslavia to train and gain experience for the Final ‘Endlösung of the Jewish Problem in Palestine’. His killing fields were raids of his Muslim ‘Handschar’ SS-units on Serbians, Jews and Gypsies. He had killed Serbians by the thousands. The Yugoslavian Wars were nothing more than a ‘pay-back’. After grabbing Croatia had Slobodan Milosevic showed his fists against Bosnia Herzegovina. As always the Muslims have more right to kill others than any one else on planet earth.
