The stats don't indicate how many of the Lebanese are muslims and how many are Christians. I would imagine Christians living in a muslim majority country will pick up some of their foul habits.

If you look at the stats its almost 100% of Lebanese who are eligible, assuming illegal immigrants are ineligible.
