Three churches in the Austrian town of Amstetten (pop: 21,000) were burned this morning. All of the indications point to arson. Several eye-witnesses saw a suspect. As is their custom, the police and newspapers have given a detailed account of his stature and clothing, but fail to mention his skin colour. Amstetten has a large Mohammedan population.

The Austrian press is reporting "damage in the millions", "works of art massively damaged", a confessional box from 1824 destroyed.

Christmas drives them bonkers. I'm surprised there are not more serious incidents than just church burnings. Remember last year, that Moroccan blew up a Christmas market in Liege and killed six or seven people.
Also in Sweden Christmas attraced a suicide bomber a couple years ago. He passed with flying colours, killing noone but himself :)
In Portland, Oregon one was caught by the FBI a couple of years ago before he had a chance to blow up a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony.
This is a clear message to the Christian world at the Gates of Vienna. Cannot be misinterpreted, all the more evident as this happens this close up to Christmas.
On what basis are there large numbers of Muslims

If I was in charge today, mosques closed down until Christians can act freely in the mid east,
I would have a system like e -verify to check work status
I would be ruthless in finding these people who fired the churches and I would ensure Muslims feared our police

Persecution of Jews in Europe begins in the High Middle Ages in the context of the Crusades.
