The Muslims claim Melilla is part of Morocco and demand that Spain "give it back". In other words, they discuss the issue as if it was a legacy of 19th century colonialism. But Spain has owned Melilla continuously since 1497, in other words 5 years after Columbus set out to "discover" America and the Muslims were finally expelled from the Iberian peninsula with the conquest of Granada. Melilla is supposedly Spanish territory. If the Muzzies are taking over from within, then it gives them automatic Spanish/EU citizenship.
The same is happening to France. France has islands that now have a majority Black population. Blacks from all over Africa, travel to these islands, and claim French citizenship.
