I lived in Greece. We had to be very careful and respectful of the local and national culture. We did not dare impose ourselves on our hosts or make demands of them, and we did not expect them to submit to us, pay for us, do any labor or anything else for us beyond common human decency.
We were educated and cultured, but these "immigrants" are not, and they do not know how to behave in a foreign country, as, like spoiled children, they expect everything handed to them, or they will take it for themselves.
The Greeks are tough - I wish them luck to get rid of this problem. I feel for the people being beaten, but, like I say, they are badly raised and arrogant, so my sympathy only goes so far. We abided by the laws and customs, and none of us were beaten up. On the contrary, the Greeks loved our company.
They've been beating, robbing, raping, and murdering us in every country in Europe for 30 years. It's only reasonable that we would start to fight back. I would actually like to see a lot more of this, so as to encourage these animals to leave us alone and obey our laws.
