Alerta Digital has a story about what it claims is a French journalist who worked for the Guardian newspaper being raped to death by Libyan rebels. The website claims this happened on 2 February and has been covered up by the western media. It says the rape lasted all night long and that the woman died in the course of it. The rebels supposedly filmed it and uploaded it to a website, from which Alerta Digital claims it recovered it.
The video can be viewed online here. WARNING: it is extremely graphic. Alerta Digital suggests that the men may have gone on raping the woman even after she was dead.
I'm not sure how true any of this is. The video is clearly disturbing and does indeed appear to show a barely conscious and perhaps completely unconscious woman being used sexually by various Arab men. Alerta Digital does not specify the name of this journalist. I found a website listing the names of journalists who had been killed in Libya here. All of them are men. And while I know the Guardian likes its Muslims, I find it hard to believe that it would deliberately conceal the rape and murder of one of its reporters just to help the Muslim cause.
It may be that whoever uploaded the video themselves claimed that it showed the rape of a western journalist and Alerta Digital is simply repeating that claim without having verified it. There is a reference to this video on an Algerian website on 23 February here.
The story on the Algerian website says the video was "broadcast by the Darna communcation centre (Pro CNT) showing rebels from the "Himayat Benghazi" batallion of Benghazi, raping a woman of European origin". This Algerian story says she was presented as a "western journalist" but does not say that the woman was killed.
CNT I think is the National Council of Transition, which was the main anti-Gaddafi grouping. Who these rebels would be, in that case, I am not sure about.
Alerta Digital is a news website, not an established newspaper. It is right-wing, sensationalist and politically incorrect. That said, I've never known it to just make stuff up. It has at least a backbone of seriousness and does original interviews with politicians and so forth, so it is not just some fly-by-night operation.

I suggest that France finds out which town or suburb this occurred in and carpet bomb it. Do this for every westerner murdered by this filth.
