Islam versus Europe: Muslim Butchery Across Europe and the World

Today, according to the tradition of Eid al-Adha, Muslim families are supposed to butcher an innocent animal by cutting its throat. Governments across Europe struggle to cope with the scale of Muslim butchery. Since the traditional Muslim practice is illegal in the EU, governments are forced to mobilise an army of inspectors to ensure that Muslims comply with animal welfare norms. Often, they don't. Illegal slaughter, whether by individual families, or in unauthorised slaughter houses, is common.

Sometimes, dhimmi governments make special arrangements for the Muslims, setting up dedicated slaughterhouses for their so-called festival. In Bavaria, a court recently ruled that Muslims had a religious right to perform this slaughter of unstunned animals and it could not be denied them on animal welfare grounds. Although this ruling has not yet come into effect, all over the continent, in this as in many other spheres, we see a vast tide of alien savagery beating against the barrier of European decency. How much longer will the barrier hold?

Across the world, over a hundred million innocent animals suffer agonising deaths in this festival of Islamic bloodlust. Each dies to the sound of jeering Muslims.

As usual the problem is 'cattle mentality' Queen Rania of jordan is a strong defender of stunning animals before slaughter.Education and the political will to make a stand is the only thing that can change 'things' like this.

Since we allowed in Muslims, we have adopted the barbaric practice of the slow killing of animals, just to keep Muslims happy, and prevent them from going on murderous riots. Halal slaughter, was once just a small enterprise, and could be ignored. But now the suffering of dumb animals is on such a huge scale that it can no longer be ignored.

It is unacceptable that our values of humane slaughter have been trashed to appease the unappeasable. How has it come to pass, that we have trashed our humane values and forced our society to barbarism – worse still, done it with no reference to us.; 7 November 2011 18:21
