A film about attacks on Iraq’s Assyrian Christians, Defying Deletion: The Fight Over Iraq’s Nineveh Plains, has been shown to congressmen in Washington. This report by the Assyrian International News Agency somehow manages to avoid identifying the perpetrators but there’s a broad hint when it says there have been 33 attempted genocides of the Assyrians over the last 1,400 years. The report features an interview given by the film’s director, Andre Anton, to CBN News.

Now what was it that happened 1400 years ago to change things? Hmm, let me think...

sorry cheradenine you do not understand what it means by 1400 years. it does not mean 1400 years ago but however contiuously for 1400 years till this day. 700,000 assyrians have died since world war one, not counting figures before then, and they are the oldest nation of the world that face innilation. muslims seek to innilate the christians in iraq, the remaining assyrians but know one seems to care =[
