Islam versus Europe

Muslim and Jewish leaders have come together to denounce the rise of the "far-right" in Europe.

Citing studies which show that anti-Semitism and Islamophobia are both growing rapidly in countries across Europe, the communal leaders affirmed that “Jews and Muslims are equal stakeholders in Europe, not expendable guests, and must therefore enjoy the same rights as everybody else.

Anti-semitism in Europe is, of course, growing because of the increase in the Muslim population; and islamophobia is the reaction of ordinary, decent Europeans to the various manifestations of the Islamic evil, among which is anti-semitism.

But these naive fools conjure up an image of a Hitlerian "far right" mobilising against the Jews and the Muslims together. There is virtually no trace of anti-semitism in the so-called far right parties and organisations which are now flourishing: Geert Wilders' PVV, the Front National in France (where, in a first, Marine Le Pen has even been invited onto a Jewish Radio station), the Sweden Democrats, the EDL.

These Jews at the World Jewish Congress are the equivalent of the naive Jews who thought Hitler wasn't that bad and voted for him. Jews now face routine harassment all across Europe thanks to the pervasive Muslim presence. Many, tragically, are fleeing the continent altogether. The so-called "far right" is the only thing that can save them, but they have set their face against it.
